At Courtside Tennis, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in original packaging. Please note that strung racquets and worn footwear are not eligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact before beginning the process.
Request a Return Label
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
